BHP

Simplifying the onboarding experience for new employees.

Strengthening it's relationship with employees.

Strengthening it's relationship with employees.

Strengthening it's relationship with employees.

We worked with BHP to envision a future employee onboarding experience with intuitive, fit-for-purpose processes and experiences.

BHP employs more than 65,000 people worldwide, making it one of the largest resources company in the world.

With such a large workforce, BHP was looking to redefine their employee experience by improving tools and processes, creating training services to attract and grow talent and building a collaborative culture.

To do this, a team of four designers travelled the globe, conducting research with employees in Perth, Brisbane, Houston and Santiago.

We used an inclusive design process to assess the challenges faced by leaders and employees, then used those to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
